  Piitan is located at the mountaineous barangay of Maranlig in Torrijos. According to the residents there, they just discovered the river because of its clear water and the beauty of it. They formerly called it Piknikan. Men and ladies were fond of having past time and swimming in the river. Even other people are fond of going there just to relax.


    Piitan remains in its original form, untackled yet a beautiful place to be.
